Hello All
The more I do the loving kindness exercise, the easier it becomes to focus on only my breathing. I feel that the loving kindness exercise is making me a better person because I am no longer just focus on myself but on the ones around me.
Doing the integral assessment made me realize that I need to work on my fitness level, even though I am walking at least 20 minutes on most days I am not using the time to make it a mind/body experience. I need to learn to focus on my breathing and enjoy the beauty around me as I walk and not necessarily the crap that went on at work or at home with the family. I need to learn to really enjoy the time I spend exercising instead of treating it like a chore that I have to get done.
